PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USAGE CAREFULLY!

1.) Withdrawals will be paid when the Order and transaction is completed. All payments pass through CORDIAL MARKETPLACE’s Account and will be reimbursed to Vendors when Orders have been completed.

If you trade behind Cordial Shop in which case Cordial Shop is unaware and not informed about it, and issues arise, Cordial Shop shall bear no liability for this.

In order to protect buyers and sellers, we recommend that all transactions, check outs and payments must be done through the platform and its affiliate payment systems.

2.) Cordial Shop is a Premium Only platform. It is only open to subscribers at CORDIAL MARKETPLACE.

To be eligible to sell on Cordial Shop, you need to have an Account on Cordial MarketPlace first. This is done by listing your Business on https://cordialmarketplace.com.

3.) If customer returns a product due to it being faulty or defective, or there was a mismatch in which case what was requested isn’t what was delivered, or the Vendor delivers low quality than is expected, and many other Vendor negligence that may elicit return. The Vendor loses 20% of their money because this money goes into administration and other things needed to pacify the customer, and a part of it is used to repair the reputational damage that such vendor would have caused.

4.) No Vendor should advertise products that they do not have in stock. This could be misleading an could lead to conflicts with the customer. Anybody who does such thing will be penalized and delisted irrespective of whether they have a valid subscription or not at cordialmarketplace.com.

5.) Vendors need to constantly check their online products so that they can monitor which products are in stock and which ones are out of stock. Should they have had a product in stock which now has been sold out, the Vendor needs to update this information and maintain integrity of information about their products at all time.

6.) Cordial Shop operates only within Lagos, Nigeria for now (year 2020).

7.) Cordial Shop has no bearing on how goods are delivered. This is left to the full prerogative of the Vendor. This means that there is no generic delivery method. A buyer needs to communicate with the Vendor to make arrangements for this.

8.) There is a surcharge of a Vendor requesting his/her product appearing on a particular part of the Homepage. There are 4 sections and each of these requires special pricing and their own cost. These are Top, First Middle, Second Middle and Bottom.

On other pages, these same rule applies, but the costing is lower for each category, and there is the option to also advertise on the sidebars.

9.) If a Store needs to have more than one user under the Store Name, there’s a fee of ₦25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira Only) for that. And they can add up to 5 users to that store with different capabilities.

But there is also the option of ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira Only) per additional user. This is useful for Organisations and businesses that don’t have up to 5 people to add to their Store.
